We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with impeccable housekeeping services. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pools both inside and outside. The location was superb, as it was super close to the slopes, making it convenient for skiing. The views from our room on the SE side of the building were breathtaking, overlooking several lakes and the surrounding mountains. Furthermore, the staff were amazing, from the warm welcome we received to the helpful assistance provided throughout our stay. Special thanks to Vanessa and Marco for their exceptional service. The breakfast was also delicious with a great variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The free 10-minute shuttle to-and-from the town center made transportation convenient. The location outside the hotel in the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel facilities were great, including a convenient parking area and easy transportation access to the nearby lakes and Sills Maria. The location was perfect, right near the lift, ski shop, and rental services. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh seasonal fruits, high-quality meat products, cereals, and refreshing pressed juices and smoothies. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was comfortable and large, with a great selection of high-end items for breakfast. The hotel facilities included a spa area with a hot tub on the snow, sauna, and steam bath. The location was perfect, just 1 minute away from the ski lift, ski shop, and rental inside the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel provided tea, water, and small snacks. The staff, including the reception staff and concierge team, were super friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.
