We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with well-maintained rooms and a spotless environment. The hotel facilities were impressive, including thoughtful appointments like the Samsung Tablet in the room and well-placed plugs and lights. The location was perfect, close to high-end shopping and mass transit options, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were the highlight of our stay, as every person we encountered was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its location and the helpful staff. The hotel is so close to the Kudam, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Additionally, being near the S-bahn station was a huge plus as it made it easy for us to reach any place in this city. We loved that the hotel was just opposite Cafe Kranzler, a great spot for coffee and people-watching. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were polite and helpful.
