The staff were super friendly on check-in and it was easy to find. The location in the surrounding area is perfect, right in the middle of Ambleside itself. It's a great base town for exploring the lakes as all roads lead here. The room was spacious and clean, with a big TV, kettle, and refreshments. The bed was massive and comfortable. The bathroom was very big and even had a bath. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a buffet and menu selection. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
Not obvious to find.
The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Ambleside. Everything I needed was within walking distance, from shops to restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The parking was a pleasant surprise, as it was free and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect, as it is quite close to the town centre and in the perfect place in the centre of this city for walks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and was freshly cooked. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful.

Location - Perfectly situated in the center of town, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The hotel's location was particularly advantageous for the waterfall walk.
