I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely old-world atmosphere that I found charming. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the terrace with its breathtaking view of the city. The staff, especially Ms. Abernathy at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. She was accommodating, friendly, and offered helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Additionally, the cleaning staff was always attentive and made sure the room was spotless.
All was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in a hip historic area of this city. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Quesi, a very cheery and helpful bellhop. He gave us great recommendations for family-friendly dining establishments. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown this city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect - from the cleanliness of the room to the friendly and helpful staff. The location in this interesting area of the city was ideal. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, the Capital Bike Trail, and the Amtrak Station. Additionally, I was pleased with the proximity to the Poe museum, as I was quite interested in visiting. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast provided a quick and tasty meal each morning. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the hotel.
