We loved the hotel's location right across from the park and within walking distance to great food and drink options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Norma, Tekoa, and Caroline in the 1600 club, were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had way more space and was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the stunning views from the room and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Soldier Field, the red line train to Wrigley Field, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute of Chicago.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near Grant Park and The Buckingham Fountain, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenient parking options available nearby. the best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location near Grant Park and The Buckingham Fountain, and the helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay here! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - right on Michigan Avenue, within walking distance to many Chicago highlights such as The Art Museum, Millennium Park, the Bean, Riverwalk, Lou Malnati's pizza. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Parking was convenient with lots of options nearby. I didn't need a vehicle at all as this hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to everything. The proximity to several universities gave the neighborhood a vibrant and college atmosphere.

The hotel is clean and stylish, with a beautiful historic architecture. The beds are incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a Sheraton Signature or Westin bed. The location is conveniently close to the South Shore line and within walking distance to many attractions, even in cold weather. The staff is friendly and helpful, with the bellman providing great tips for exploring the city. The hotel facilities are great, including a tapas style Spanish restaurant and a gorgeous Chrystal Ballroom.
