We had a fantastic stay here! The room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette that had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely outdoor pool. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Snooks and Cafe de Marco, where we enjoyed delicious seafood and other dishes. The staff, especially Desiree, were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful local information. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a fantastic stay at The Boathouse in Marco Island. The best aspects were the spacious room with a coffee bar, the friendly and efficient staff, the dock where we enjoyed coffee and watched dolphins, and the location within walking distance of wonderful restaurants. Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained pool area where I could cool off and relax. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Cafe de Marco, a fantastic seafood restaurant with a variety of options for everyone. The staff/owners were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy motel along the canal that leads out to the river. The location in old Marco was perfect, with beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great, including a small pool that was clean and refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with beach towels and even beach chairs to borrow. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was ample parking available.
