I had a great stay at this hotel. The lobby was stunning and the room was beautifully updated with modern finishes. The hotel staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located very close to downtown and the famous Choo Choo area, making it easy to explore the Chattanooga area.
All was perfect.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially David and Brian at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and even though they were undergoing construction, everything was super clean and well-maintained. We had a room with great views, and it was so quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and it was also close to the convention center where we attended an event. We also appreciated the Keurig machines in the rooms and the availability of fresh-brewed coffee in the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Alexis, Gayla, and Vance, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, right on the route of the free downtown shuttle bus, and close to attractions. Parking was convenient. We enjoyed celebrating the 4th of July here.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and accommodating. They even sent up treats to our room when they found out about our situation. The spa facilities were great, with a locker room, sauna, and tiny steam room. The hotel's location was very convenient, being on the route of a free downtown shuttle bus.
