This hotel has an amazing location next to the marina, offering beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed spending evenings at the excellent lounge/bar on a jetty, where we could relax with spiced rum and watch pelicans and dolphins in the Salt Run. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool and a nearby tent where we could enjoy live music. The Conch House Restaurant on-site was a must-visit, offering delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing, everything was great.
We loved the laid back atmosphere and the beautiful waterfront setting. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and lounge, were fantastic, and we enjoyed delicious meals and good music. The cleanliness of the property, particularly the pool area and our room, was spotless. the location was perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being conveniently close to both downtown and the beach. The hotel facilities were great, especially the tiki hut by the pool where I could relax and enjoy the view of the marina. The staff were friendly and provided quick service at the restaurant, which served delicious food. The room was recently renovated and had all the comforts I needed, including a mini refrigerator, a Keurig coffee machine, and a beautiful stone tiled shower.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
Next to marina, with excellent lounge/bar on a jetty, where I could sip spiced rum, watching the pelicans scooting across the Salt Run, with occasional dolphin sightings. The location was perfect for exploring Old Town and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. I didn't need to worry about parking as there were plenty of spaces available. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the clean and comfortable rooms with a spacious patio area facing the marina. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
