We loved the unique decor and the tasteful artwork throughout the hotel. The murals in the elevators were a fun touch. The staff was friendly and made us feel safe. We appreciated the quiet and clean room, even though it was an adjoining one. The adult beverage offering and the hilarious themes on each floor were a nice surprise. The convenient location near downtown events and the free mall-ride buses made it easy to explore the city.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We loved the extra level of security with the key card elevator access. The eclectic decor in the lobby and on each floor added a unique touch. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing local eateries and theaters. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to change our check-in date due to a snowstorm. The rooms were comfortable and the bedding was cozy.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel was very nice and modern, with a creative and fun layout. The location was great for walking to historic buildings, museums, and the arts area. We didn't experience any noise issues, even with concerts nearby. The staff was attentive and able to hold our luggage until our train departure.
