The front desk staff were wonderful - super helpful, sweet, and professional. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the hotel facilities were modern. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants. The staff provided excellent customer service.
Nothing could have been better.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even without us requesting it, they put us in a quiet top floor room. The bed was comfortable and could be adjusted to our preference. The iPhone doc served as a clock radio, allowing us to play our own music. The hotel also had underground parking with plenty of free spots and a direct elevator to the rooms. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to San Jose, Palo Alto, and several hot spots outside of the usual work frame.
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location was great, with easy access to San Jose, Palo Alto, and other popular spots in the Bay Area.
Cannot find any fault.
