Cleanliness and modern design of the hotel. Convenient location within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. Next to popular dining establishments like Monarch Bar, JJ's, and Jax Fish. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right off the Country Club Plaza, and within a short walk to the Nelson-Atkins Museum. There were tons of places to visit nearby, including several highly rated barbecue restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool which we absolutely loved. The staff was very helpful and responsive, providing us with a fridge and pack and play for our one year old at no extra charge. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the bed was extremely comfortable. a wonderful experience.

The hotel had the best shower and a lovely courtyard to relax in. The valet service was prompt and courteous, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The fragrance in the hotel was welcoming, and the manager even took the time to talk to guests. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. On top of that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay.
