We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Whickham village. The location was central and convenient, with great transport facilities to explore the surrounding areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room we stayed in, 206, had recently been upgraded and was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed. The staff were incredibly nice, accommodating, and keen to help, even offering to call taxis for us. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of choices. We also enjoyed the option of having breakfast in our room at no extra cost, which was a nice touch.
Nothing could have been better.
