We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the large rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like the wine and cheese reception, buffet breakfast, and milk and cookies. The location was perfect, right next to the Winston-Salem Visitor Center and within walking distance to great restaurants and Old Salem.

I loved the unique atmosphere of this repurposed old factory hotel. The tall ceilings, tall windows, and exposed brick gave it a cool and trendy vibe. The room was spacious, with not just a sitting "area" but a separate sunken living room. The location was fantastic, with plenty of cool restaurants within easy walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the best aspects was the location. It was super close to walk to restaurants, and we were able to easily explore both Old Salem and downtown Winston-Salem on foot. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice queen suite that had a big flat screen in the living area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, as everything smelled fresh and looked well-maintained. The staff we interacted with were very nice, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening and the delicious breakfast were lovely touches.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance to town and Old Salem, making it easy to explore these attractions. Additionally, being attached to the Winston-Salem Visitor Center was incredibly convenient. The continental breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room was a pleasant surprise, complete with white linen tablecloths and a variety of offerings. The hotel also provided a wine and cheese reception on Wednesday night, along with live jazz music on the patio. I also appreciated the outside patio, which provided a lovely space for relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail and unique amenities, such as the milk and chocolate chip cookies offered in the lobby each evening, made me feel comfortable and at home. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
