We had a fantastic stay right in the heart of the city. The hotel's location in the center of old Salem allowed us to easily explore all the main attractions and fun shops. We were able to walk everywhere and didn't need to worry about transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we felt safe as we were traveling as a couple. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with helpful tips and recommendations for places to visit. The restaurant at the main entry served delicious food and we loved the convenience of being able to pick up our order and bring it back to our room. Additionally, we appreciated the eco-friendly initiative of providing filtered water in glass bottles on each floor.

The location was also exceptional, as we could easily access all the attractions and restaurants in this city. In the heart of the city, this hotel offers an excellent location for exploring the center of old Salem. The modern and fun decor, along with extremely clean beds and showers, were standout features. The friendly and courteous staff added to the positive experience. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant/bar provided lovely views and enjoyable drinks.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the spooky elevator chimes for each floor. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.
