Cleanliness was excellent. Hotel facilities included a great restaurant and happy hour. Convenient location to waterfront, tourist attractions, and local neighborhood. Staff was helpful and kind.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast. The hotel is close to hospitals in downtown Seattle, making it convenient for medical visits. It is also close to everything in the city and just a short distance from the harbour area. The hotel facilities were great and the staff was very helpful. We had no problems with parking or transportation in this city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially April, were so nice and helpful. The bed was really comfy and the Keurig in the room was convenient. The hotel is located close to the cruise ship terminal, which was great for me. They even arranged shuttle service for me and stored my bags after my cruise. I loved the charming character of the hotel and its convenient location.
