We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Trevor at the front desk and Frank who helped us with our bags, were professional and accommodating. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the House of Blues concert venue, making us feel safe. The room decor was excellent, with a spacious and well-planned bathroom, complete with a separate shower and toilet. The staff was attentive and offered to clean a stain on the couch or switch rooms. They also provided quick and efficient service when we needed ice. The rooftop pool with shaded cabanas looked amazing and we can't wait to come back for that. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch.
