The room was clean and the bed and pillows were some of the best I've experienced in a while. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower. The staff was outstanding - friendly, helpful, and attentive. I loved the cool rooftop bar area and pool. The breakfast vouchers provided were a nice touch, and the food, coffee, and service at the restaurant were superb.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The location was perfect, right in the heart of the University area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool area and the Acre 41 restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and we were impressed by the vinyl record player in our spacious room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the friendly and knowledgeable front desk team to the amazing mixologists at the rooftop bar. We felt truly pampered and loved the personalized touches, like the bottle of wine and handwritten note for our anniversary.
The customer care provided by Jason Arnold at the bar was excellent. He is a professional and runs a great bar. The front desk staff, particularly Isa, were also very welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel itself is classy and comfortable, with a rooftop pool that offers amazing views and comfy seating. The location is great, close to UT and within walking distance of downtown. The breakfast at Acre-41 was amazing, with fresh farm-to-table food. We loved the spacious and well-appointed room, with a huge TV, record player, and Nespresso machine. And being music lovers, we really enjoyed the music-themed atmosphere of the hotel.
