The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the Upstate Medical complex and Syracuse University. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Iyanna Dowell who assisted me in extending my stay.

We had a fantastic stay during our college visit to downtown Syracuse. The hotel's location was perfect, just 0.5 miles away from Syracuse University. The staff, especially Carey, was incredibly helpful and provided us with great information about local restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast offered was satisfying.
The best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, convenient location, friendly staff, and ample parking. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel facilities were in excellent condition. The parking lot behind the hotel provided secure and easy parking options for guests. Transportation was also a breeze, with a shuttle service available and the hotel's close proximity to the Oncenter and the university. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
