We loved everything about our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything kept clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with two pools, two restaurants, a general store, and a coffee shop for our convenience. The location alongside the marina provided a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, watching the boats coming and going. The transportation options, including the shuttle bus, were so convenient and saved us money on transportation. The staff, especially Sarah at the front desk and Johnny the concierge, were amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with prompt transfers to downtown Key West. It was great to have a few different restaurants on the property, and the bar and restaurant staff were outstanding. We were lucky to have Tammy as the food and beverage manager, who ensured our dining experience was excellent. The complementary key west aloe in the rooms added to the overall Key West experience. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The shuttle service to downtown Key West made it convenient for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the spacious and elegant rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the marina from my room. The location was perfect, as it was close to downtown Key West but far enough away to be a peaceful retreat.
