We had an amazing stay at the hotel in the heart of downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the hotel and surroundings. They made our wedding weekend even more special with their compliments and attention to detail. The room was exquisite and the Blu views were absolutely stunning. The architecture of the hotel was immaculate, and we were particularly impressed by the beautiful lobby. We also appreciated the prompt response time when we requested anything via text. The highlight of our trip was Anne, the waitress in the Cafe. She was one of the nicest human beings we've ever met.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient and we appreciated being able to park for free in the attached stacked garage. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and attractions like the Pfister Cafe and the Milwaukee Art Museum. The staff, especially Dragica, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured that we were happy with the food and beverage amenities. We enjoyed listening to the piano player in the elegant lobby.

The location in this city was perfect, with the Milwaukee Art Museum just a few blocks away, and several excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent concierge service. We also loved the old-world style of courtesy and customer service, which is often lacking in modern chain hotels.
