I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the Amtrak railway station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable suites that had hardwood floors and a stocked mini fridge and snack bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valet who went above and beyond. The ambience and decor of the hotel were amazing, creating a unique and enjoyable atmosphere. And let's not forget the food at the hotel restaurant, Ambar. The guacamole, green salsa, and spicy flourless chocolate cake were absolutely delicious!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic with very comfortable and well-designed rooms. The hotel facilities, including the gym and rooftop bar, were wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the sights of this city, with a free tram available for site seeing and the Amtrak railway station just a short 15-minute walk away.

The hotel had one of the best remodels we've ever seen. The room was outstanding, offering a 180-degree view of a nearby city with its colorful roofs and compacted land area. The bar in the hotel had beautiful art deco architecture and knowledgeable bartenders. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with many of our friends wanting to purchase the same mattress. The staff, including Monica and Victor, were fantastic and eager to share the hotel's history. The hotel was located in the heart of downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The attention to detail could be seen everywhere, from the lobby to the hallways and into the rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better. Situated on a corner, I had a stunning 180-degree view of the neighboring city, which was truly breathtaking. It was also conveniently located near SJ Plaza, as well as a variety of fantastic restaurants and theaters. The staff at this hotel deserves special recognition as well. They were not only friendly, but also went above and beyond in their helpfulness and kindness. They made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my entire stay.
