I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, not too close to the parkway but still conveniently close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a newly remodeled interior that looked even better in person than in the online pictures. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great feature, complete with a fire pit and poolside bar. I particularly loved the family movie nights in the pool area, where they served popcorn. The full-service breakfast buffet included with the room was delicious, and there was even a snack bar available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were soft and comfy.

The poolside bar was a great addition, allowing us to relax and enjoy a drink by the pool. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including hot food options, and we found it to be delicious and well-stocked. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, conveniently close to many attractions, and we felt safe even when walking around late at night.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The lobby was stunning and really impressed us. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a 24-hour indoor pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. It was such a relief to finally find a place that allowed us access to these amenities at any time. The location was also perfect, right in the center of everything to do in this city. We were able to easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, from the well-maintained landscaping to the spotless rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. we felt right at home here.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, especially the 24-hour pool and hot tub, which were a fantastic convenience after a long night out. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, offering a delicious spread.
