The hotel is conveniently located near Canal St and just a block away from the French Quarter. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, providing helpful tips and recommendations. The hotel facilities, including the impressive entrance and the winter wonderland lobby, added to the overall experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with pretty much everything Nola within walking distance. We were conveniently close to most of the New Orleans attractions, yet removed from the noise of Bourbon Street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The receptionist was extremely helpful and managed to get us adjoining rooms. The rooms themselves were lovely and clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful lobby and festive decorations during the Christmas season. The location was perfect, just two blocks away from Bourbon Street and within walking distance of the French Quarter. There was plenty of nearby parking options, including valet parking and a public car park next door. One of the best things about this hotel was the drink specials they offered at the Fountain Lounge. The breakfast was a joy, with delicious food and a delightful young woman serving us for two days in a row. The southern hospitality shown by the staff was truly exceptional.
