We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, even during a busy event like the Black Hills Rally. We loved the hotel's location, as it was within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us directions and even recommending a great place to buy tires. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the Civic Center, which was a big plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and accommodating, especially during the busy Black Hills Rally. They even had a large parking area for bikes and trailers. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a great view of Main Street. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, within walking distance to bars and multiple restaurants. We enjoyed the restaurant's delicious meals and quick service. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, parking, location, and staff.

We loved the whole vibe of this place! The staff was lovely and made us feel welcome. The rooms were adorable, cozy, and comfy. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the middle of town and within walking distance of everything. It was also conveniently located near the Black Hills and attractions like Mt Rushmore and the Badlands. The hotel facilities were clean and updated, and the parking was free and easily accessible. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of local restaurants.

The staff, especially Christi Freeman, provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, such as Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Additionally, I loved being able to walk to the downtown area, which had excellent restaurants, shops, and tourist spots.
