Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the Diamond Belle Saloon, friendly staff. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. The hotel had all the necessary amenities, including a bar and lounge area. Its proximity to the Diamond Belle Saloon was a bonus for a fun night out. The staff, particularly Emily, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like old friends.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect as it was in the heart of downtown, allowing me to easily walk to everything. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance to everywhere fun. The hotel had great facilities, including three restaurants and local coffee in the morning. The historic atmosphere and Victorian period design added to the charm.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the historic downtown area of Durango. We were able to easily explore the city on foot from the hotel's car park. The antique furnishings and decor throughout the hotel were fascinating, with so much to look at. We particularly enjoyed the onsite restaurant, which offered excellent dinner options, and the saloon and bar, where we enjoyed drinks, food. The staff was super friendly and offered a tour of the facilities.
