The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect, very close to the port. The rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nice, with tall ceilings giving them a spacious feel. The housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. The valet service was exceptional, with the staff being courteous and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city square was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. We also loved the elegance and charm of the hotel, with live piano music playing as we entered. This hotel made our anniversary getaway truly special, with a champagne surprise in our room and excellent assistance when our car battery died.
For us, it was ideal.
Cleanliness was impeccable, with hand sanitizer readily available throughout the hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the famous Strand, Post Office Street, and other attractions. Additionally, the hotel provided a convenient parking facility.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Galveston. The room was beautifully decorated and had a modern and stylish bathroom. The bed was so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with a classy and elegant vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore in the city. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, particularly the bar area which had a fantastic ambiance. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were all top-notch.
There was nothing I didn't like.
