Reviews
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, warm, and provided excellent service. The lobby was nicely appointed and had a whimsical feel. The hotel's location was unbeatable - right near the pineapple fountain and the main park, and just a short walk down along the waterfront. We were able to explore all of the charm that this city has to offer. The rooms were beautiful, with fluffy robes in the closet and turn-down service with chocolates each night. The hotel also had a wonderful breakfast, and the food and service in the restaurant were great as well.
Cannot find any fault.
The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including free bikes for exploring the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the cruise terminal. The staff were helpful in recommending local eateries, ensuring we had a great dining experience during our stay.
All good.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained property. The location was perfect, within walking distance to stores, excellent restaurants, and historic attractions. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a complimentary breakfast and the convenient option of renting bikes to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
No major drawbacks.
