I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean from my room. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and the all-inclusive package included top shelf liquor. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Riveria Maya.

The hotel was beautiful and luxurious, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options available. The location was convenient, with a good restaurant right across the road from the hotel.
Nothing it is perfect.
Cleanliness: Rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Hotel facilities: Two pools and lots of open lounge spaces.
Location: Right by the ocean, perfect for snorkeling.
Staff: Front desk staff were really nice.
