The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for both business and holiday travel, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions like the Eaton Centre and Union. The hotel facilities, including the pool and terrace, were top-notch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a room with a view and providing prompt assistance when needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a huge foyer and fast-moving elevators. The location couldn't have been better - it was conveniently located in front of the Island Ferry and within walking distance to the Convention Centre via a sky walk. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast that was conveniently delivered to our room each morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with interesting attractions in all directions. The view from our room of the water and islands was spectacular. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were great. The staff, especially Oliver at the front desk, were extremely helpful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated right by the harbor and the ferry to Toronto Island. We also loved the convenience of having a food court nearby that served delicious vegan options. The staff at the hotel, especially at the luggage storage, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including made-to-order omelets and gluten-free, dairy-free items. The hotel also provided a 24/7 fitness space and a complimentary water bottle in the room.
