We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with extra pillows that made it even better. The room was always neat and clean, and the decor was very nice. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer any questions we had. The front desk night manager even gave us free water, which was a nice gesture. The fitness center had a Peleton, and we enjoyed using it. We also appreciated the fruit-infused water and basket of apples, as well as the Starbucks Coffee in-room. The location was convenient, as it was near Colorado St, City Hall, and within walking distance to all the shopping and dining options downtown Pasadena has to offer.
Everything is what we need and want.
clean rooms, convenient location near a variety of restaurants and shops, helpful staff, and ample parking options. Within walking distance, we found a diverse range of dining options, a bookstore, Pacific Asia Museum, two churches, a cinema. The hotel was also close to the wedding area and downtown Pasadena for all its shopping and dining offerings. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, handling any issues I had with my room without any fuss. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets and pillows were of great quality, ensuring a restful sleep. The room itself was also spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel amenities were top-notch, meeting all of my needs during my stay.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The staff members were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is very close to the entire old Pasadena area and Colorado Boulevard, which have many places to eat and good shopping. It is also conveniently located next to the KAISER Property. the hotel facilities and breakfast were great, and the staff was attentive to anything we asked for.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we fell asleep within minutes of hitting the pillows. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the absence of curtains hanging from the windows, which made it safer for our kids. However, the blackout blinds ensured that everyone could sleep in the morning. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was walkable to various restaurants in the area. The valet service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and warm, especially the serving waiter at the restaurant. Additionally, the gym was excellent, and the pool area on the fourth floor was quiet and peaceful.
