We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar and pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The location around the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was exceptional, with Kayle Brown at the front desk going above and beyond to make our 50th wedding anniversary extra special. They surprised us with a lovely room upgrade, a bottle of champagne, and even provided us with wine and chocolate-covered strawberries. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The front desk attendant, Marcia, went above and beyond by arranging a free upgrade for my partner and me and surprising us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The attention to detail was outstanding. Additionally, the security guard, Paul, kindly provided me with a brand new pair of earplugs when I realized I had forgotten mine. The valet service was prompt and efficient, always ready to help within minutes. The hotel's location was ideal, right across the street from the marina and close to downtown, making it convenient to stroll to nearby restaurants and shops. The view from my room offered a nice glimpse of the city. the exceptional service and convenient location made this hotel stand out among others in terms of its cleanliness, staff, transportation, and excellent facilities.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The staff was incredibly accommodating, even upgrading us without any additional charge. They made our wedding anniversary celebration extra special. The rooftop bar had exceptional food, especially the grouper nuggets with a delicious dipping sauce. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view. The hotel is conveniently located close to Main Street, where you can find shops and restaurants. The shuttle service within a 3-mile radius was a great help.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The view from the 19th-floor terrace pool and bar was absolutely fabulous. The employees, especially the housekeeping staff, were all very nice and accommodating. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the location was ideal for us. Being right across the street from the marina and within walking distance to the downtown area with its unique boutiques, galleries, and great restaurants was a major plus. The complimentary drinks, water bottles, and bedside aromatherapy sleep oil were fantastic perks. We also loved having access to the bike and shuttle services, making it convenient to explore the city. The pillows were super comfortable, the towels and robe were soft, and we really enjoyed the soaps and shampoo provided by the hotel. The leaf shape and pleasant scent were a nice touch. The valet service was excellent, and the dining options were diverse and plentiful.
