I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from the moment I arrived, was so welcoming and polite. They made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room, specifically the Gotham Corner Suite, was incredibly comfortable. The wrap around balcony provided breathtaking views of the city, including NYC, Williamsburg Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island City. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, such as train or bus stations. Additionally, both restaurants in the hotel served delicious food and had a great selection of wine. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all top-notch at this hotel.
We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, particularly Peter, were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and peaceful, with exceptional views of the Manhattan skyline. The bed was super comfortable, and we even had donuts waiting for us in our room upon arrival. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a rooftop bar with gorgeous views and an excellent Italian restaurant on the first level. The staff were wonderful and eager to please, adding flair and style to our experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with an early check-in and even leaving balloons and a birthday gift in our room for my special day. The rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing, offering stunning views and delicious food. The location was perfect for our friends getaway to BKLYN, with easy access to transportation options like the subway and ferry. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location.

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. They even called me to give me recommendations for dinner, which turned out to be amazing. The room itself was small but tastefully furnished, with a comfy bed and a lovely shower. The terrace had the most incredible views of the Manhattan skyline, and I was impressed by how soundproof the sliding door was. The food was also top-notch, with delicious in-room dining meals and a divine breakfast at Leuca. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting away from the busy midtown area. I had an amazing experience and would 100% stay here again.

The modern rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff, especially Peter, the guest ambassador, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
They even helped us book a car for our airport transportation.
The balcony in our room was spacious and allowed us to relax and enjoy quality time together as a family.
