I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable room. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance of shopping, dining, and major sights.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Kimberly, Sarah, and Patrick, went above and beyond to make our experience special. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions like Cloud Gate and Maggie Daley Park. We enjoyed a wonderful view of the river from our room and loved watching the boats pass by. The staff was incredibly attentive, offering us warm cookies and water bottles to ensure our comfort while exploring the city.

We were close to literally everything, including the beach, restaurants, and theaters. Additionally, we were thrilled with the rooftop restaurant. The menu had a variety of delicious options, and the atmosphere was amazing. We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the fact that they provided parking and transportation services.
