We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was near everything we wanted to be near, including beautiful restaurants. The hotel was also conveniently located on the Red subway line, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were amazing, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the attentive cleaning crew. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a cozy lobby and bar that had a library feel. The room was nice and the bathroom had a cool design. we were impressed with the cleanliness, breakfast options, and the attentive staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front office staff was stellar, providing professional and attentive service throughout our stay. The room was one of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in during our cross-country trip. It was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The location in the gold coast area was perfect, as it was near everything we wanted to be near, including restaurants and shops. We were also able to easily visit the Willis Tower. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was amazing. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
