We had an amazing stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and the rooms were so comfortable. The outdoor space was lovely, with a Zen Garden that had comfortable loungers, tables, and fire pits. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the stunning views of the mountains and downtown LA from our balcony. The location right next to the Del Amo Fashion Center shopping mall was a definite plus, as we had easy access to the mall's shops and restaurants. The bar was a great place for solo business people to work on their laptops.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, way better than most hotels we've stayed at. The four elevators worked efficiently, and we rarely had to wait for one. The staff was exceptional, especially Paul, who provided us with helpful information and ensured our checkout was smooth. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting family and exploring the surrounding areas.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The location was convenient, being near everything we needed in this city. The parking was available and the hotel had good facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, especially when we needed assistance due to a broken leg. The staff loaned us a wheelchair, which made our stay much more convenient. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the pictures on the website didn't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Starbucks inside the property, where we enjoyed delicious Frappuccinos. Additionally, the location, just across the street from a large shopping mall, was very convenient.

The location was ideal as it was right next to a large shopping center, making it convenient to pick up anything I needed. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible from the main road, making travel a breeze.
