We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful room. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and hot tub, were amazing. The location was perfect, being right across the street from City Walk and the Universal Parks. The free water taxi rides to the parks made it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly.

I had the most amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and positive, making the experience truly fabulous. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the parks and provided easy entry and egress. The water taxis were a fantastic mode of transportation and added an enjoyable element to the trip. The food at the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced, much better than the eateries at City Walk. The pool area was great, with a well-shaded games area and fantastic bar service. Additionally, the proximity to Volcano Bay was fabulous, as it was less than a 5-minute walk away.

We loved the overall service, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel. The friendly and service-oriented staff at the pool area made our stay even better. The food at Amatista and the coffee shop was also very nice. The hotel's location near the lagoon and all the popular attractions, as well as the convenient transportation options, particularly the ferry, made it perfect for exploring the Universal parks.

The hotel had clean and modern decor, with a massive and comfy bed in the King room.
The walk-in shower was a nice touch.
The hotel had a nice pool area, as well as a huge gym and games area for entertainment.
The water taxi to the city walk was a convenient and enjoyable 5-10 minute ride, but we also appreciated the well-appointed walking path.
Can't fault anything about it.
