We loved the location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to the ferry terminal and close to the downtown area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel had great facilities.

We loved the friendly and responsive staff, always there to help us. The location was fantastic, close to the ferry terminal and the port, making it easy for us to catch a ferry to Victoria BC. The hotel facilities were great, with a 24-hour lobby and coffee available. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, everything neat and tidy.
For us, it was ideal.
The room was clean, well-appointed, and had a fully equipped mini-kitchen. Staff provided gluten-free options and were friendly and helpful. Centrally located and within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was average, but the evening soup was a delight.
