The hotel's location was perfect for a little getaway, as it was conveniently situated next to a mall for shopping and meeting friends. I also loved the easy access to Balboa Island, which offered amazing shopping and great restaurants. The staff provided attentive check-in and were friendly to my kids. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a nice pool and hot tub area complete with sun loungers.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across the street from Fashion Island shopping center where we enjoyed the incredible "The Lot" cinema and restaurant complex. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we especially appreciated the wood cabinet in the bathroom sink. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an amazing pool area and free bike rentals. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the waitresses and the guy making the omelettes made our trip extra special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean and updated. The breakfasts were great, with plenty of choice and healthy options as well as full cooked breakfasts. We loved the fact that we could lounge by the pool and order food and drinks. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance to Fashion Island, an upscale outdoor mall, and close to Balboa Island. it was a relaxing weekend getaway with everything we needed.
