The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to the NYCB theatre and located in a convenient area. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a nice spa and a fully operational hot tub and pool. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, with comfortable beds and luxurious sheets and pillows. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

We loved the spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel provided high-quality products in the room, which smelled amazing. The service was exceptional, with prompt delivery of requested items and fast and delicious room service. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also enjoyed the convenient location, close to stores and in a nice area.

The location was in a very nice area, near concerts and restaurants, and conveniently close to the Roosevelt Field mall. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service with a smile.
