I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including a coffee replenishment every day and strong WIFI. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly resolving any issues I had. The location was superb, right next to the Reno arch in the classic downtown area. I could easily walk to various attractions, like the famous "Reno" sign and the Truckee River. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great gym offering a wide range of equipment and even a climbing wall. They also had a machine for filling up water bottles with filtered water, which was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rock climbing activity which was both thrilling and well-organized. We also appreciated the convenient scheduling process for this activity. The location was excellent, right next to a famous landmark in the city, making it easy to explore this vibrant destination. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of downtown. The cleanliness was top-notch, with attention to detail evident in the nicely decorated lobby, hallways, and rooms. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a big gym, sauna, steam room, and rock climbing walls. The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the central business district, and only a block away from The Row. The staff, especially Kathleen, Cesar, and Trevor, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
