I had a great stay at this hotel close to the airport for two weeks. The property had nice amenities and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to drive to both the airport and downtown Cleveland.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The staff at check-in was efficient, making the process smooth and easy. The room exceeded our expectations, being well appointed and larger than anticipated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with four pillows provided. The bathroom was clean and stocked with good quality toiletries. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport, as we needed a room on short notice due to a cancelled flight. The staff even lent us a phone charger while we waited in the lobby. the hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of food places around and only a 10-20 minute drive to the main attractions in the city.

The cleanliness was outstanding, from the rooms to the lobby and even the restrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped weight room and a cozy pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to meet my needs. The location was perfect, as it was near the airport and provided easy access to both downtown Cleveland and the nearby I X amusement park. the breakfast was delicious, and the lady cooking and working there was incredibly sweet. The hotel also had convenient amenities like a restaurant, bar, and store with a great selection of snacks. The small details, like the comfy towels, laptop-friendly desk, and various in-room amenities, made my stay even more enjoyable.
