I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with a few major highlights. the location was ideal for my visit to the University of Pittsburgh, as it was right around the corner. Secondly, the rooms were a nice size and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which was a relief after a long drive. Additionally, the parking was very convenient, making it easy to come and go as I pleased.

The staff at this hotel, particularly Melvin, Sean, and Henry, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with transportation options and recommended activities in the area. The wait staff in the restaurant was also great, and the food portions were huge and cooked perfectly. The hotel had an indoor pool that the kids loved, and the entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, as it was near the Carnegie museums and the Cathedral of Learning. we had a superb experience and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the hotel's convenient location near U-Pitt activities, nearby parks, and universities. The shuttle drivers were wonderful and the bartenders very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows and towels provided quickly.

The shuttle service was exceptional, offering convenient transportation within a 3-mile radius. The drivers, especially Henry, went above and beyond by providing insightful information about this city during the rides. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to order dessert even when they were about to close. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the bar staff was welcoming and made us feel at home.
