We had a great stay at this hotel. The room size with two queen beds and a pull-out couch was perfect for our family. The hotel facilities, including the fridge and microwave in the room, were in great working condition. The staff was friendly, and we received excellent customer service, like when the front desk provided complimentary aspirin at 3 AM. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with every corner spotless. The location of the hotel was convenient, only a few minutes away from the park, and close to restaurants and attractions a few blocks from town, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at the hotel.
The double queen room with a sofa bed was spacious and perfect for our group of 4.
The hot breakfast was delicious, and my son absolutely loved the self-making pancake machine.
The 24/7 hot coffee was a huge plus.
The swimming pool area was nice and clean, and the hotel was located away from the center of the town, providing a peaceful atmosphere.
However, it was still close enough to drive to restaurants and stores.
it was a wonderful experience, and if I return to Yellowstone, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and attention to detail in every crevice. The hotel facilities, particularly the indoor pool and spa, were very nice and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 3-minute drive from the park. This saved us a lot of time and hassle, especially after a long day of activities in the park. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast provided was also delicious, with a variety of hot dishes cooked on-site in their open kitchen.

We absolutely loved the cosy and warm atmosphere of the hotel, which perfectly matched the natural surroundings. The room was spacious enough for our family of 3, with a work desk and a square table for dinner. The presence of a microwave and refrigerator was convenient. Additionally, the round-the-clock availability of coffee and tea, as well as the useful laundry facilities, were highly appreciated. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options including eggs, potatoes, sausages, cereals. The staff at the front desk were polite and always ready to answer our questions. Moreover, the location of the hotel was super convenient, being very close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and only a few minutes away from the west gate of Yellowstone.
