I really enjoyed the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The balcony overlooking the creek was a highlight, providing a soothing atmosphere. The hotel's location, right off the parkway, was convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pools. They had a kiddie pool which was perfect for my 4-year-old grandson. The location of the hotel was ideal, right at the beginning of the strip and close to Dollywood and other attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even extending the pool and hot tub hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite and the comfortable beds and pillows. The staff at the reception, especially the night receptionist, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with many outside activities within walking distance. The fact that we got a Tower Suite for no extra charge was a pleasant surprise.
