We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with the added convenience of two separate areas and two TVs. We loved that there was a fridge and microwave, perfect for our toddler. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and started our day off right. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santa Cruz. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with the staff making sure everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were great, especially the hot tub which was close to my room. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, just a 15-minute walk away. Additionally, there was a 7/11 across the road and a garage nearby. Downtown was also easily accessible, only a 10-minute walk over a bridge. The proximity to the beach flat area was convenient for my family's daily walks. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that the room was spacious with a sofa.
Not one thing.
We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and refrigerator which were very useful. The staff was friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly and providing information. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to downtown and only a short drive to the Boardwalk and other attractions like the Redwoods. The free breakfast was enjoyable, and we especially loved making our own fresh waffles.
Not obvious to find.
The hotel's central location to downtown and the boardwalk is a huge plus. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The free parking in the underground garage was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
