Best Aspects. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and dining space was top-notch, making me feel comfortable during my entire visit. I loved that the hotel offered a buffet-style breakfast with a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were quick to address any needs that arose. Additionally, the convenient location of the hotel allowed me to easily explore the area on foot, with several good eating places within walking distance. Plus, the hotel was directly across from a popular attraction, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
We were pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel - the room, pool, stairwells, lobby, and parking lot were all spotless. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the indoor pool, although going through some maintenance, was clean and not crowded. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind, accommodating our request for extra towels. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and attractions in this city.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms for our family of three. The friendly staff at the front desk made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, right next door to Texas Roadhouse and close to everything in this city. Transportation was easily accessible, allowing us to explore Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. The breakfast provided was fresh, hot, and delicious. the hotel facilities and parking were great.

This hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and smelled nice. The breakfast had plenty of options and a good variety. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for me and my wife, as it was close to several good eating places and within easy reach of Dollywood. We could also walk to the maids quarters, which was convenient.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel had everything we needed and more.
