We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious 2 bedroom suite without even asking. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby was comfortable, with plenty of seating and a TV to watch while waiting for the shuttle downtown. The hotel itself was quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the fitness room was well-equipped, allowing us to stay active during our stay. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to find and provided easy access to various attractions in downtown Pittsburgh.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local activities. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the PPG Paints Arena and Market Square. The shuttle service was convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the concert venue and close to the hockey arena. The lobby had a nice bar and we enjoyed eating there. The rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was convenient, and it was great that we could leave our car in the lot after checking out. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Cleanliness: The hotel had a modern feel and was very updated.
Location directly beside PPG Paints Arena: It was literally right beside the arena and next to the Penguins' home console.
