We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from Union Station and the direct Metra train to the airport, made transportation easy. Additionally, we appreciated the proximity to the theatre district and access to healthy groceries and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and updated, especially for an older establishment. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the balcony, allowing me to get some fresh air into my room. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of downtown and many of the main attractions in this city. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a great meal. the cleanliness, parking options, transportation accessibility, and friendly staff were the standout features of this hotel.

We loved our stay here! The pillows were amazing, and our corner room with a balcony was fantastic. It was incredibly quiet both nights we were there. The bathroom was clean, with great lighting, and the TV channels were perfect. The hotel staff greeted us with genuine smiles and provided excellent valet parking service. The location was convenient for our visit to the United Center for a concert. this hotel was clean, nice, and we had a great time. We will definitely return.
Everything was spot on.
The hotel was very well-maintained and welcoming, even with street-level construction. It is conveniently located near many businesses, public transit stops, and has easy access to the highway. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a Walgreen's, grocery stores, and a coffee shop. The room had ample storage, a spacious bathroom with lots of counter space, and a lovely balcony with great views. Checking in was a breeze, and the complimentary provisions, ice machines, and alarm clock with power outlets were very useful.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us one of the best night's sleep we've had. The staff was quick to address any issues and were very helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was so close to everything in downtown and the United Center, where we attended a hockey game.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
