We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the city center and close to many attractions in this city, including Cerro San Cristobal, the park, and the restaurant area. Moreover, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide range of options to choose from.
Hard to think of anything negative. The only minor inconvenience was that the pool opened a bit late in the morning, making it difficult for us to swim laps and have breakfast at the same time.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its clean rooms and excellent facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling uptown area of the city, where I enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Transportation was convenient, with the subway station only a couple of blocks away. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santiago. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood close to the center and right by the subway. I loved exploring the surrounding area, which had plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and a bar with delicious food and drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the breakfast provided was good. the hotel facilities were impressive, and the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
