We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santiago. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with spacious and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had a great range of amenities, including a fantastic spa and a well-equipped gym. We were impressed with the hotel's convenient location in a nice district, with plenty of retail options and excellent restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Carolina and Rodrigo from the sales team, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We were also pleased with the hotel's parking facilities and the ease of transportation to and from this city.

The location in front of the wine cellar was perfect for us. We also loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a good shopping mall just under a mile away. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and we were impressed by the hotel facilities. The staff, including Anja, Mercedes, Angelo, Andes. The breakfast buffet was really excellent too.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the excellent staff, especially Christian the doorman. The hotel's location in a business district with a sprinkling of retail and many good restaurants nearby was perfect for us. The lobby, lounge bar, and spa were all beautifully designed and created a luxurious atmosphere. The club lounge was a great option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with small but delicious portions. The breakfast buffet was really excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. we found this hotel to be of high cleanliness standards, with great facilities, transportation options, and a prime location similar to other Ritz Carlton hotels around the world like in Berlin and Abu Dhabi.
